Thanks to your support, we are filling medical spaces with the healing power of music, putting instruments in the hands of patients, building music therapy spaces, pairing patients with certified music therapists and music lesson teachers, and so much more.
Despite an abundance of music therapists being trained throughout the country, many graduate with no paid positions available due to limited music therapy funding. Music Meets Medicine works hard to raise and donate money that will open full-time and part-time positions at hospitals for these skilled therapists to reach the patients who need them most.

Opening a new instrument feels like Christmas morning to a young music lover who has just discovered they too can create music. We love bringing that joy to patients who desperately need and can benefit from the power of music.
MMM provides both virtual, and in-person music lessons to patients acutely hospitalized or suffering from chronic conditions. In conjunction with world class music schools like Aledo and Weatherford Music Academy, MMM connects top tier teachers with music loving patients.
In 2018 Music Meets Medicine joined forces with the Kidd Kraddick morning show to raise over $150,000 for the construction of a dedicated jam room facility at Children's Medical Center Dallas. Since then, this therapeutic arts room has facilitated free exploration of musical instruments and connected patients with incredible music therapists and music education experiences on a daily basis.
